Snack break!

Even super-speedy snack time can be healthy. Here’s Jaime preparing a quick bite for us as we prepare for a dinner party: organic celery with almond butter and organic raisins looking awfully cute along the top, and some black sesame seeds added for extra awesome. Good ol’ ants on a log: yummy at any age.

If you’re really short on time and want something to tide you over: don’t forget about the original fast food: apples! pears! plums! Grab a raw fruit or veggie!
