A great little video.

Michael Pollan has written an excellent book which answers 3 burning food questions:

What should I eat? (Answer: eat food.)
What kind of food should I eat? (Answer: mostly plants.)
How should I eat? (Answer: not too much.)

This book is called Food Rules and consists of 64 “rules” to help you figure out what to eat for your health, how to eat it, and understand why.  And this book can be read comfortably in little more than an hour. I recommend taking a gander at your local library to see if it’s in.

Some very talented people (Marija Jacimovic and Benoit Detalle) have animated a clip of Michael Pollan speaking about some of the ideas behind Food Rules. It’s wonderfully done – so creative and fun, using only food in the stop-motion technique – and watching it will only take about 2 minutes out of your day. Enjoy!
