Probably the Worst (and Best) Cleanse Ever

Candida.

It’s kind of a hot topic these days in the nutrition world.

Candida is a bacteria that is normally present in your intestines. It’s mostly a matter of HOW MUCH is there. This is the same bacteria that causes yeast infections, fungal infections (sometimes), as well as thrush.
Once it takes over, you’re going to have a SUPER FUN TIME getting rid of it (sarcasm).

Candida thrives on sugar. And we all know how much sugar we consume these days. And if you don’t, let me tell you – WAY TOO MUCH! Like, 138 times more than we should or did a few decades ago. I just made that number up, by the way. But it’s probably pretty close to being true.

But this means that once the bacteria starts to take hold, we crave MORE sugar. And then we get bloated. And then we get groggy. And then we have afternoon slumps. And then we start with feelings of anxiety and depression. And then we get sick more often…. You see where this is going.

I would guessimate that about 95% of our population has candida these days. This means you more than likely have it too.

This includes cases of vaginal yeast infections, thrush, and jock itch…

Wanna get rid of it?
Here’s what you gotta do:

1) Get rid of ALL sugar from your diet. ALL of it. You heard me. Carbs, dairy, grains, fruit, starchy vegetables.. everything. This stuff just feeds the yeast and makes it harder and harder to get rid of. You can eat these things again in time, but first you have to starve the candida to get it out of your system.

2) Pump yourself full of probiotics. You’re going to need to slowly increase this amount over time. I would recommend starting around 10 billion bacteria and increasing to 50 billion (you can get these amounts in once capsule). This will help the beneficial bacteria in your gut proliferate while subduing the amount of candida bacteria.

3) Take supplements that kill it for good. This includes pau d’arco, grapefruit seed extract, oregano oil, garlic, and cinnamon.

4) Repair your intestines. The Candida bacteria penetrates through your gut wall (bloating) and gets into your organs (fatigue, sluggish system). To repair this, L-Glutamine and N-Acetyl Glucosamine supplements are super important!

 

This entire process takes a good 3 months, and its usually best to consult with someone (like us!) to help you along and give you supplement amounts.

Be aware of the healing crisis! Candida releases up to 80 toxins as it dies off and can make you feel pretty horrible. Sorry! But the good news is that once its gone, it’s gone! Hooray for real healing!
