Educational Snack Parties and Tea Parties

kickass brunch

Educational Snack parties and Tea parties are a fun way to spend your afternoon: a shorter, and less expensive alternative to Educational Dinner Parties.

Snack parties teach you how to make healthy snacks for home, work, school, kid’s lunches, or to satisfy a craving or a case of the nibblies. Learn how to make raw seed crackers, nori rolls, energy balls, and an assortment of dips and spreads.

Tea parties are an introduction into herbalism, and teach about some of the many different herbs available, and how you can use them in your everyday life to combat issues like stress, indigestion, or trouble sleeping. …In delicious tea form, no less! And what would a tea party be without some sweets to go with it? Learn how to make some healthier sweets to satisfy your sweet tooth, but that respect your body at the same time.

Available both at your home or ours (The Feel Good Foodies Headquarters in Bloor West Village, Toronto, @ Runnymede Station). Minimum 6 people; maximum 12 (unless you have a huge room to use in your home – then the more the merrier!).

Host: $40 + HST
Guests $75 each + HST
